What is your cancellation policy?

A:
Our stylists strive to be available for our clientele with a minimum advanced notice. Due to the high demand for their services, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. We know last-minute cancellations are sometimes unavoidable; however clients who cancel beyond the 24-hour window will be responsible for the full amount of the booked service.
A:
24-hours notice is required for standard online reservations. We may be able accommodate a same-day appointment. For your urgent needs, please call us directly at Go Pretty at 866-960-8652.
A:
For our private clients, a credit card is required to book an appointment. For commercial and editorial clients, terms of payment will be determined upon booking.

We service Manhattan locations from 98th to Downtown from river to river. Please be sure to enter detailed location information upon booking. If you do not live at a doorman building please indicate upon booking.

Our stylists are experts who understand your needs. They’re experienced in working with all types of skin and hair. Upon arrival, they’ll consult with you on any specific concerns or requests you may have. Yes, we hold complete insurance and bonding coverage for all services we provide. Our stylists and artists are employed by Go Pretty for their superior professionalism and expertise in their industry.

Our goal is to meet and exceed your beauty needs. After every appointment we email an electronic client survey. We welcome all feedback and encourage you to send us the details of your experience.

For our private clientele, our hassle-free, online reservation system accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. A payment receipt will be emailed to the address listed on client account. If we are unable to process client’s credit card payment prior to the day of the service, a $25 fee will be accessed and client appointment may be subject to cancellation. For services extending beyond the length of time originally booked or if the client chooses to purchase any products, client agrees that any additional fees will be charged to the provided credit card anytime within the following 7 days after client appointment.
A:
Go Pretty LLC does not include gratuity to the cost of service except for group services. All gratuities should be paid directly to stylist. Stylists accept cash tender only for gratuities.
A:
State law requires Go Pretty LLC to include a 4.5% service tax. Our service charge ranges between 3 – 10%. We do not charge separate travel fee for appointments in the Manhattan service area. To reserve an appointment with a stylist outside of our Manhattan region, client agrees to pay travel fees as determined by Go Pretty LLC.

If you are running late and would like the appointment to be extended beyond the originally scheduled appointment time for any reason, you will be responsible for our standard hourly rate with a minimum of payment between $175 – $ 225 for any length of time extending beyond 15 minutes over the regularly scheduled appointment. Stylists will only be able to extend the length of appointment based on their availability and we cannot guarantee extended appointments.
If a Go Pretty LLC stylist arrives at a scheduled appointment location and is unable to reach you within 15 minutes of the start time of the appointment, or is unable to provide the service for any reason beyond our control, per our policies the client will be charged for the full amount of the service.
A:
Client privacy is extremely important to us and discretion is our priority. We have hired stylists who understand the critical nature of client privacy. We require our stylists to sign extensive non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements for services provided. Our policies prohibit our stylists to share any of information about clients, client appointments, a client’s home, etc, with anyone whatsoever outside of our company. Within the company we require client information sharing be strictly limited to information regarding client beauty or styling needs only. We also agree to not share the fact that the client has utilized our service, unless we have client’s express consent. Through this policy client agrees that it is Go Pretty’s policy not to share client information and client agrees not to hold Go Pretty LLC liable for any stylist’s action outside of the company policy.
A:
Go Pretty LLC clients may not solicit our employees to be contracted or employed by client or client affiliations for services of any kind. Stylist may not perform for client, any services not listed on Go Pretty LLC’s website. If client would like to hire/contract one of our stylists to provide alternate services, for the client or client affiliates, client must request such services by informing us in writing. If Go Pretty LLC approves such request, client will be minimally required to pay a $10,000 referral fee and the contract length of time will be determined upon referral approval.

Please make sure facial skin is well exfoliated, cleansed, and free of product immediately prior to your appointment.
A:
Your hair should be washed, free of product, and wrapped in a towel prior to the stylist’s arrival.

Your hair may be either washed or should be clean, dry, and free of product prior to the stylist’s arrival.

Yes we will come to your location though it is important for you to have a place to prepare properly for your appointment. Our goal is to meet and exceed your beauty needs and a location with the proper light, space for our stylist to work, or set up their necessary equipment is important. If we are visiting you at a location such as an office, spa or hotel, we require specific information on how to access your location and instructions for the doorman, etc. Please call us with any questions whatsoever at 866-960-8652.

Yes. We are happy to service other areas, schedule permitting, however we do charge addition fees for travel time and cost. For appointments outside of the Manhattan area please call client relations.
